In 19& Under Ger Coonan reaches Q/F in Singles but loses in Tie Break. Ger Reached S/F in Doubles partnered by Gerome Willoughby but also loses out in Tie Break after winning 1st. Game & beaten 21-20 in 2nd. In 15 & under Fergal Collins beaten in Q/F by Luis Cordova. In Doubles partnered by Gary Mc. Connell beaten in S/F .(see results page for all scores)

Mens Doubles & Students Doubles 60x30 Tournaments are being drawn up and final date for entries is Friday 21st. October.
 

  Ger Coonan reaches Final of 19 & Under U.S. Nationals only to be beaten by the narrowest of margins 21/20, 21/20 by Victor LoPierre (N.Y.)

  Ger Coonan is in Houston Texas from 13-19th. June Competing in U.S. Nationals. Reached the S/Finals of Mens A -- Beaten by local lad Jose Cavallos (Houston ) in s/f  21-12, 21-12.

Ballina Junior Club put in great display in Munster Club Q/F  even though beaten by 110-106.
